Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition. Most refunds require the item to be shipped back to our facility. However, if returning the item is not feasible, you may be eligible for a 50% refund upon review.
Damaged or Confiscated Items
- We will issue a refund for items damaged in transit if we are unable to provide a replacement. A photo of the damaged item is required.
- Refunds will be issued for items confiscated by local Customs if no replacement is available.
Important: The buyer is responsible for checking their local customs regulations before purchasing. If Customs confiscates or returns a package, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. We are not responsible for confiscated or undelivered goods due to customs issues.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for processing).
- Contact your bank (some refunds take additional processing time).

Shipping Returns
- Return shipping times vary depending on your location.
- If your item is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged Items by Shipper
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at puravea@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will replace it at no additional cost.
